Annual Police Clearance

If your business activity requires a Police clearance, the clearance process must be completed and approved prior to the issuance of a business license.

The following business activities require an annual Police Clearance:

• Bingo Manager
• Card Room Owner
• Cardroom Employee or Dealer
• Escort Owner
• Escort Employee
• Fortune Teller
• Funeral Escort
• Ice Cream Vehicle or Motorized Food Wagon Vendor
• Massage Parlor Owner
• Masseuse Technician
• Non-Emergency Transport Driver
• Peddler
• Private Security Companies
• Solicitor
• Taxi Driver
• Transient Photographer

Scheduling an Appointment

Appointments must be made in person at the Administrative Services Department. Proper I.D. and payment of all fees is required when making an appointment.  For additional information, please contact the Business License Division.
