Subdivision Maps include Parcel Maps and Final Maps prepared to conform with an approved Tentative Parcel Map or Tentative Map. This applies to the subdivision of any unit, contiguous unit, or portion of land listed on the latest equalized San Joaquin County assessment roll for sale, lease, or financing, whether immediate or future.
A Parcel Map shall be filed and approved for a subdivision of four or fewer parcels, and a Final Map shall be filed and approved to complete for subdivisions of five or more parcels.
Subdivision Maps shall comply with the Stockton Municipal Code requirements for preparation, filing, approval, and recording. Fees for Subdivision Maps are included in the City of Stockton Fee Schedule.
