Open Enrollment - Full Time

Open Enrollment for City employees will occur mid-May through June in 2017. Changes submitted become effective July 1, which is the first day of the fiscal year. All full-time employees are required to complete the online enrollment, even if they do not enroll in a medical plan. 

Employees will be required to enroll or waive benefits using the dedicated City of Stockton portal: stocktonbenefits.connectedhealth.com

You will need to set-up an account on the benefits web portal using your:

  • Email address
  • City of Stockton Employee ID number (found on your paycheck stub)
  • City of Stockton Employer ID number (Stockton)
  • Birthdate 
  • Social Security number (last four digits)
