Design Guidelines

The City of Stockton Citywide Design Guidelines   have been created to be used by persons involved in the design, construction, and review and approval of development within the City.  The Guidelines will be used during the development approval process in compliance with its design review procedures contained in Title 16 of the Stockton Municipal Code (see below).  The Guidelines are intended as a reference point for the City's expectations for quality development.
