Sergeant Alex Guerrero

Sergeant Alex Guerrero joined the department in 2002. He served as a Police Officer within the Field Operations Division and a member of the Mobile Field Force, Crisis Negotiations, and Critical Investigations Teams. He was promoted to Sergeant in 2016 and was previously assigned as a Patrol and Community Response Team Supervisor. Sergeant Guerrero is a Recruiting Sergeant within Research and Development.

Sergeant Phirun Var

Sergeant Phirun Var joined the department in 2006. He served as a Police Officer within the Field Operations Division and was previously a Community Police Officer, and a Detective within General Crimes and Robbery/Homicide. He was promoted to Sergeant in 2017 and previously assigned as a supervisor within the Field Operations Division and Strategic Operations Section. He is an Emergency Vehicle Operations Instructor and a member of the Critical Investigation and Unmanned Aerial System Teams. Sergeant Var is a Recruiting Sergeant within Research and Development.

Officer Katie Rose

Officer Katie Rose joined the department in 2018. She has served as a Police Officer and a Field Training Officer within the Field Operations Division. She is a part of the Peer Support Team and Safety Officer Team. Officer Rose is currently assigned to Recruiting within Research and Development.
