| Description: | REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) - FILE ROOM SCANNING AND DIGITAL STORAGE The project will include boxing and indexing hard copy files that exist in the Public Works File Room on shelving units as well as large format plans stored in hanging files. Boxes will be documented, indexed, and taken to the vendor facility. Files will be scanned into a searchable pdf file, indexed, and filed in a document management medium, to be determined. |
