GREATER DOWNTOWN BIKE AND PEDESTRIAN CONNECTIVITY

Provide professional engineering services to prepare the plans, specifications and estimate for the Project.  

The Consultant shall be familiar with the Caltrans Local Assistance Programs Guidelines and Local Assistance Procedures Manual, chapter 10, section 10.2, and demonstrate experience with similar types of projects.
